These terms apply when you use this website or request an estimate from Arctix Lighting. By using the site or submitting the estimate form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site lets you request a free virtual estimate for permanent exterior lighting and book a video call to review it. Requesting an estimate or booking a call is free and does not commit you to buying anything.

We prepare estimates remotely, using satellite and aerial imagery of the address you provide and the details you give us. An estimate is our best assessment from that information. It is not a binding offer, and the final price can change if the property differs from what the imagery shows or if the scope of work changes.

Any installation is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement sets out the price, payment schedule, installation dates, warranty and cancellation terms. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

You agree to give us accurate information, including a property address you own or are authorised to request an estimate for, and contact details that belong to you.

When you tick the consent box on the estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Arctix Lighting at the mobile number you provide. Messages relate to your estimate, your appointment and your project, such as confirmations, reminders, questions about your property and follow-ups.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email ty@arctixlighting.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and your consent.

You can reschedule or cancel an estimate call at any time, at no charge, using the link in your confirmation or by replying to our message.

Please do not misuse this site. That includes submitting false information or someone else's details, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or using automated tools to submit forms or collect content.

The text, design, graphics and other content on this site belong to Arctix Lighting or its licensors. You may view the site for your own personal use. You may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or current. Images and descriptions of lighting are illustrative, and results on your property will depend on its design.

To the extent the law allows, Arctix Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, or any liability under a signed installation agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
